Steps to Apply for KUCCPS Inter-University Transfer 2026

The KUCCPS Inter-University Transfer Portal is now OPEN.
 

Students wishing to transfer from their current university or programme should follow these steps:
 

1. Log in to the KUCCPS Student Portal: students.kuccps.net
2. Click Transfer Application on your dashboard.
3. Enter the institution and programme code you wish to transfer to.
4. Select your reason for requesting the transfer.
5. Upload supporting documents where required.
6. Write a brief explanation of your transfer request (300–600 characters).
7. Pay the KSh 1,000 application fee using the provided payment instructions.
8. Submit your application using the eCitizen Payment Reference Code.
9. Track your application status through the Student Portal.
10. Once approved, download and print your transfer letter.
11. Present the transfer letter to your new institution to receive your admission letter and joining instructions.
