ONE TOUCH WAS ALWAYS ENOUGH

Twelve years.

Twelve years of spending everything she had on solutions that made things worse.

Twelve years of being considered unclean — untouchable, excluded, invisible.

And then one day Jesus walked through her town.

And something in her — some flicker of perception, some opening of the eyes of faith — said:

If I can just get close enough.

She didn't ask for an appointment. She didn't wait to be called.

She pressed through a crowd, reached out in desperation, and touched the edge of His garment.

And twelve years ended in a single moment.

The healing she had been spending herself into poverty trying to find had been available to her the entire time — she just needed to see that Jesus was the source.

He was already in her town. He was already close.

She just had to reach.

Lord, You are already close. You are already in the middle of my situation. Give me the faith to reach — not to perform, not to impress, just to touch You in simple desperate faith. Amen.

What have you been spending yourself trying to fix in your own strength?
